The development of new quality productive forces by manufacturing enterprises is both an intrinsic requirement and a focal point for high-quality economic development, and a key for cultivating new growth momentum. At the current stage, direct investment（OFDI）in countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative（B&RI）has become a crucial strategic measure for manufacturing industries to break through the bottlenecks hindering the development of new quality productive forces. Based on a sample of A-share listed manufacturing companies in China from 2015 to 2023, this paper systematically investigates the impact of direct investment in BRI partner countries on enterprises new quality productive forces. The findings reveal that OFDI in Beltand Road countries significantly enhances enterprises new quality productive forces. Specifically,reverse technology spillovers, optimization of labor factor allocation, and overseas market expansion serve as transmission channels. Moderating effect analysis indicates that the overseas experience of enterprise senior executives strengthens the relationship between B&RI direct investment and new quality productive forces. Furthermore, the impact of B&RI direct investment on new quality productive forces is more pronounced in samples of firms in developed host countries, non state-owned enterprises （non-SOEs）, and capital-intensive enterprises. The findings provide have significant implications for decision-making departments seeking to foster the development of new quality productive forces in an open environment.

Good social customs, as an important manifestation of social civilization, embody the value pursuit and behavioral norms of“seeking truth, striving for progress, advocating goodness, and pursuing beauty”. Among them,“seeking truth”lays a solid value foundation through truthfulness and pragmatism,“striving upward”activates the subject spirit through innovative momentum, “advocating goodness”fosters social consensus through fairness and justice, and“pursuing beauty” highlights the realm of civilization through harmonious coexistence. Together, they form the core essence of social customs, which endows a sound social ethos with distinctive attributes, including spiritual identification, characteristics of the times, cultural continuity, as well as both commonality and diversity. The cultivation path of good social customs requires a fourdimensional collaborative promotion mechanism: consolidating the spiritual foundation through the Socialist Core Values; strengthening the material basis through high-quality development, promoting practical transformation through socialist cultural construction, and reinforcing governance support through effective social maneuvering mechanisms. Ultimately, this will form a high-quality development system for a sound social ethos in the new era, characterized by value guidance, material foundation, practical carriers, and governance support.

Comprehensive deepening of reform is related to the overall process of Chinese-style modernization. Its logical necessity stems from Marxism's theoretical revelation of the movement of fundamental social contradictions, the historical practice of the Party's leadership in continuously pioneering modernization through reform and opening-up, and the new tensions emerging between the institutional system and development objectives in the new era. Institutional innovations and improvements in governance efficiency brought about by reform have enabled a general increase in economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological development, serving as the key driving force for the steady advancement of Chinese style modernization. ‘The eighteenth day of the eighth lunar month brings a tide unrivalled in grandeur under heaven’-The Qiantang tidal bore depicted by Su Dongpo carries with it a millennia long cultural current surging ceaselessly, bearing witness to Zhejiang's civilization journey from antiquity to the present. As the mother river of Zhejiang civilization and the central axis of Wu-Yue

culture, the Qiantang River basin has nurtured ten millennia of rice cultivation and a thousand year tradition of ritual civilization. It connects a complete civilizational lineage from the Shangshan, Hemudu, and Liangzhu cultures to the culture of the Southern Song dynasty and the modern tidal surge; it stands as a highly representative cultural carrier in the diverse yet integrated progression of Chinese civilization, possessing profound and substantial academic research value. In January 2026, eminent scholars in the academic field from within and beyond the province convened in Qiantang to exchange perspectives and stimulate intellectual discourse on the study of Qiantang River Valley civilization. Grounded in archaeological evidence and textual research, scholars deconstructed this unique riverine civilization from multiple dimensions. This collection of essays compiles the experts' profound insights, not only continuing the research tradition of mutual verification between literature and history, as well as multidisciplinary intersection, but also pioneering new dimensions and pathways for civilizational studies. It highlights the distinctive characteristics of Qiantang River civilization as a continuous and composite civilization. Research on Qiantang River civilization constitutes a vital component of the Origins of Chinese Civilization Tracing Project; furmore, it is the contemporary scholarly responsibility to preserve China's outstanding traditional culture. This journal seeks to leverage this intellectual exchange as an opportunity to propel Qiantang River civilization studies towards deeper and broader horizons, thereby contributing academic rigour to decoding the genes of Chinese civilization and elucidating its spiritual essence.

IIn the process of China􀆳s historical development, the contributions and roles of Baigong cannot go unnoticed. By tracing the origins of Baigong culture, one can explore its ups and downs in historical changes, and the inheritance and development of traditional artisanal skills. The Qiantang River civilization, one of the sources of Chinese civilization, has nurtured and profoundly influenced Baigong culture with its unique continuity and thus is a rare and valuable resource with era value for promoting Chinese style modernization and building a great modern socialist country in all respects.

Idle rural houses are dormant assets. Analyzing and studying the influencing factors of idle rural houses and promoting their revitalization and utilization are key links for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy. Taking 203 administrative villages in Songyang County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province as the research sample, we use Spearman correlation and bivariate spatial autocorrelation analysis to systematically study the key influencing factors affecting idle

farmhouses, so as to provide theoretical support and policy recommendations for the scientific revitalization of idle rural housing resources and for activating rural development momentum. The results show that the idle rate of rural housing in the study area exhibits significant regional heterogeneity in its spatial distribution, and presents evident spatial clustering characteristics. The phenomenon of rural housing vacancy is influenced by multiple factors with complex interrelationships. Location-related factors, population mobility factors, featured resource and industrial system factors exert substantial impacts, among which population outflow is the most significant. Under the background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, the utilization of idle resources in rural areas presents diversified characteristics, and therefore it is necessary to rectify the use of idle farm buildings according to local conditions, so as to promote the sustainable development of rural economy.

Rural revitalization is a key strategic initiative for building a new development paradigm and stimulating the endogenous momentum in rural areas.The development of county-level agriculture is closely related to national economic well-being and people 􀆳s livelihoods, as a key support for stabilizing grain production, promoting agricultural prosperity, increasing farmers income, and fostering integration. Based on the county data from 2012 to 2023, this paper uses a difference-in-differences（DID）model to investigate the impact and mechanism of comprehensive demonstration county policy for E-Commerce in rural areas on county-level agricultural development. The findings indicate that the demonstration county policy effectively improves the county-level agricultural development, and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests. Mechanism analysis reveals that the demonstration county policy can promote the development of county-level agriculture by guiding the agglomeration of agricultural industries and stimulating the entrepreneurial vitality of farmers. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the policy exerts a stronger promoting effect in agriculturally strong counties, economically underdeveloped regions, and counties located in western and northeastern China. This study provides practical evidence for deepening E-Commerce support policies in rural areas and promoting rural revitalization.

In the context of heightened volatility and increasingly complex trading structures in financial markets, accurately predicting stock trading volume has become a crucial issue for enhancing market efficiency and risk identification. This study proposes a multi-mechanism attention-based hybrid model to improve the accuracy of stock trading volume prediction. Using historical stock data from Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd., Ping An Bank Co., Ltd., and PetroChina Limited as sample data, the study first employs the ARIMA model to capture the linear trends in the data. Subsequently, a GRU model is used to learn the nonlinear dynamic features of stock trading volume, while a self-attention mechanism is incorporated to enhance the model􀆳s focus on key features. To verify the model􀆳s effectiveness, ablation experiments

are conducted, and the results demonstrate that the hybrid model outperforms traditional single models across MAE, MSE, SMAPE, and MedAE metrics. The findings indicate that the proposed model effectively handle complex characteristics in stock trading volume data, offering not only a novel approach to stock volume prediction model but also a powerful analytical tool for investors investment behavior in capital markets and for financial regulators in performing supervisory functions.

In the“post-truth era”, the field of online public opinion has experienced a dual transformation of fact deconstruction and emotional mobilization, and the algorithmic recommendations of social media platforms, capital logic, and the ideologic game of globalization have challenged the public foundation of truth. From a Marxist critical perspective, this paper deconstructs the alienated landscape of fact dissolution,, emotional manipulation and power struggles in online public opinion to reveal the underlying logic of“post-truth”generation within a multidimensional matrix of capital, technology, and state power. By analyzing the emotional mechanism of fact production, the powerification path of emotional mobilization, and the ideological nature of power operations, this paper explores the contemporary possibilities for Marxist theory to respond to the post-truth dilemma, and proposes the governance paths for reconstructing factual rationality, innovating the paradigms of emotional governance, and balancing power structures, with the aim of providing critical reflection and practical guidance for building a rational space of communication in the digital era.
