Public educational sentiment is the social attitudes of public sentiment subject about the mediated educational matters in a certain social space． The elements of public educational sentiment contain body，object，mediated educational matters and space． Public educational sentiment is the secondary concept of public sentiment． Carrying out the research on the connotation of public educational sentiment is helpful to the public sentiment management in the field of education on the one hand，and on the other hand，marking the public sentiment research into a new stage of concept of subdivision，fully revealing the phase characteristics of public sentiment research，helps to further promote the process of scientific research of public sentiment．

 

Abstract: The entrepreneurial motivation of students has a direct impact on implementing entrepreneurial behavior． But the entrepreneurial motivation has been affected by cognitive concepts． In the paper， from the cognitive biases positive impact or negative impact on entrepreneurial motivation，we analyze the relationship between intrinsic motivation and cognitive biases; and based on self-identification cognitive biases，reducing the negative interference cognitive biases，and enhanced entrepreneurial motivation，in the view of the rational use of cognitive bias，we put forward a new perspective of entrepreneurship education．

This paper aims to explore different approaches to the cultivation of innovation abilities of postgraduates from the perspective of New Institutional Economics ( NIE) ． Through analyzing the path dependence of the cognition，structure and modes of the institution of postgraduate program， the paper put forward some suggestions on the institutional reform of fostering postgraduates，namely， highlighting the cultural orientation of cultivating system，reflecting the value orientation of system， blazing new trails in the form and structure of cultivating system，improving the efficiency of operation and management，exploring multi － approach mode of institutional changes in cultivating postgraduates and turning path dependence into path creation．

Medicine is a special commodity，which is directly related to human life and health． The drug can play a therapeutic effect，the key for life and health escort is the safety of use． Because the treatment and medicine are not divided，medical institutions become the main terminal of the use of drugs． The drug safety problem is more prominent and needs effective regulation． The village clinic as an example， the present situation of the drug use in village clinics was investigated，the main problems in the pharmacy construction，drug storage and pharmacy personnel was summarized and analyzed; And the deficiency of the regulation system of drug use in medical institutions in China is discussed，mainly includes the lack of the upper law，uncertainty in the existing pharmacy construction requirements，low legal status of licensed pharmacists． On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign experience，the suggestions are put forward to improve the regulation of drug use safety in medical institutions in China．

 

Abstract: The“One Belt One Ｒoad”initiative provides an opportunity for the global cooperation on production capacity among China and other countries． Previous papers on“One Belt One Ｒoad” mainly used qualitative research methods，but few focused on how national distance affects the location choice of host country of global cooperation on production capacity． Based on the out foreign direct investment ( OFDI) data of China to 35“One Belt One Ｒoad”countries from 2002 to 2014，using panel negative binomial regression model，we investigated the influence of national distance on the choice of host country of global cooperation on production capacity． The results show that Geographic Distance only has“Liability of Foreignness”on the cross-border investment of enterprises， while Institutional Distance and Economic Distance have both“Liability of Foreignness”and“Welfare of Foreignness”effects． And the“Welfare of Foreignness”caused by cultural distance has been neglected． Based on the results of research，we put forward some relevant suggestions．

Personal information protection in the “Internet +” era has become a focus of society. Personal information not only relates to personal rights protection but also largely involves commercial secrets, social stability and national security, therefore solving this problem has important significance for citizens, society and the state. Aiming at a series of problems such as information disclosure, which cries out for the protection of personal information, we should adopt legislation, governance, management and technical control measures. In short, it is very urgent to formulate personal information protection law, strengthen government management by keeping management and technology control abreast.

 

A study of the community governance and its experience of Chinese Taiwan may be conducive to the improvement of the Mainlands community governance structure. A comparative analysis shows that introducing and applying a community governance power list, striking a balance between community governance power and social power, between community governance power and gover nment administrative power may be a necessary option for implementing the Organic Law of the Urban Residents Committees．

This paper analyzes the causes for the new normal of Chinas economic development. It argues that a correct understanding of the judgment that Chinas economy is imbalanced, discordant and unsustainable is the precondition for carrying out the five new concepts of development set in the Thirteenth Five Year Plan. Meta-fictions and meta-cinemas are different genres of parasitic“meta narrative”，and have similar features to the story of“big box set in a small box”in narrative． Narrative skills such as“parody”，“collage”and“transformation”of time and space，and polyphonic narrative structure subvert the form of art，and dispel the relationship between art and reality in the process of self-reference． This paper，from the narrative perspective and with a case study of the meta-fiction“Sophie’s world”and the meta-cinema“The Purple Rose of Cairo”，compared narrative strategies between meta-fictions and meta-cinemas and explored the“meta”aesthetics behind novels and movies.

Based on the context of ecological aesthetics and related theories of cultural geography and sociology，this paper probes into the problem of rural sustainable development，especially provides inductive and open space of summary on rural judgment standard and rural development route． In view of rural perception and aesthetic，the rural sustainable development is the inclusion and integration of industry，society and space on the basis of agriculture，and applying regional culture into rural production and rural living meanwhile． Under such ways，rural areas can form ecological rural landscape which coordinate the relationship between natural environment and human environment， and achieve the revival of agricultural value，ecological value，homeland value and aesthetic value of rural areas finally．

Aiming at the two proactive features of elderly issues brought by rural transformation in the Yangtze River Delta Area—the poor use of “potential supporting resources for the elderly” and a new set of “demands for elderly provision” by returning migrant workers, this research was conducted from both social phenomenon excavating and literature review, addressing community elderly issues in the background of rural transformation in the Yangtze River Delta Area from an architectural perspective so as to provide a research foundation for future studies．

With 7 kinds of top-class education research journals in the domestic academic journal list as the research object，and based on China Citation Database ( CCD) ，7 kinds of journals in Citation Index in recent 5 years are analyzed by statistics and comparison． Statistical data can reflect the absorption capacity and level of innovation of the journal authors in literature，grasp the needs of literature features，which can be running level and academic influence evaluation of journals．

This paper evaluates the urban internationalization degree of Hangzhou based on five dimensions of Global Cities Index ( GCI) ，and combined with comparison analysis，explores the key index that develops the urban internationalization in Hangzhou． We find that a feasible way that improves Hangzhou's competitive advantages in business activity，human capital，information exchange， cultural experience，and political engagement lies in increasing the number of headquarters of multinational enterprises，expanding the quantity of international schools and colleges，introducing international news agency，improving culture experience，and attracting international organizations and public institutes settled in Hangzhou．

This paper defines the concept of the economic floor area ratio，coordinates and summarizes the current schemes，ideas and methods of calculating the economic floor area ratio，and shows the key points of interpretations of some“fuzzy”issues in the analysis process，such as profit value and profit rate，number and section of economic floor area ratio，calculation principle and its relevant technical method． Finally，this paper proposes the relatively reasonable way to further optimize and improve the calculation of the economic floor area ratio．
